You Tell Us About Your Loved One
Fill out a simple form with their name, email address, and optionally their phone number. That's all we need to get started. You don't need a death certificate right away - we can begin the discovery process while you wait for paperwork.

We Discover Their Accounts
Our technology scans over 100 platforms to find accounts linked to their email and phone number. We check social media, streaming services, shopping sites, subscriptions, email providers, cloud storage, and more. This typically takes a few hours.
We Close Everything
We contact each platform on your behalf to request account closure or memorialization. We handle all the back-and-forth, submit required documentation, and follow up until each account is resolved. You receive a complete report when we're done.

You Receive a Complete Report
